Dakota is the driving force behind Colt’s growth and momentum. KILEY REMINGTON | CFO

Kiley is a powerhouse behind the numbers and a key voice in the direction of Colt Express. As CFO, she brings sharp strategy, relentless work ethic and a calm command to every decision. She doesn’t just manage finances — she leads with purpose, clarity and influence helping drive the company forward with confidence and control.

PHILLIP HORACEK | DISPATCH + WAREHOUSING

As our warehouse manager, with over 20 years at Colt Express, Phillip is a true cornerstone of the company. Better known as “Bubba” to most, his down to earth and approachable personality helps keep our drivers and customers at ease. He plays a key role in keeping the team grounded and getting things where they need to go. Around here, everyone knows they can count on Phillip.

SPENCER GRIZZLE | DISPATCH

Spencer has been apart of our team for over a decade starting behind the wheel as a driver and working his was up to a dispatching position. His firsthand experience on the road gives him a unique edge in managing routes and supporting the team. Spencer knows what it takes to get the job done — and get it done right.
